Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Design Engineer to design and deliver solution architectures that meet client requirements. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution. This role also involves providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities and supporting account managers with proposals and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients.
  • Design and document solution architectures with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a technical advisor to clients and account teams.
  • Conduct scoping sessions, site surveys, and Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, HLDs, SOWs, proposals, and compliance sheets.
  • Deliver solution presentations and product portfolio briefings to clients.
  • Stay updated with certifications, trainings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of pre-sales experience with Cisco or other IT vendors.
  • At least one certification in:
  • Networking – Cisco (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE)
  • Security – Fortinet, Checkpoint, Trend Micro, CompTIA, ISC²
  • Data Center – VMware, Nutanix, Dell, HP
  • Cloud – Microsoft Azure, AWS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
