APEC Homes is looking for two (2) experienced CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERS that will spearhead land development projects and complex structural design, ensuring technical excellence and project success.  They are also expected to:

  • Lead planning and execution of land development, overseeing road, water, and drainage systems, while ensuring alignment with project goals and regulations.
  • Direct the structural design and analysis for complex site development projects (e.g., retaining walls, flood control), providing expert guidance and ensuring structural integrity.
  • Conduct site investigations and structural repairs, delivering actionable insights and effective solutions.
  • Ensure project compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and provide technical reports to management.
  • Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering a high-performing team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with at least five (5) years of related working experience in land development and/or structural design;
  • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and complex projects;
  • Expertise in structural analysis and design, with strong knowledge of relevant codes;
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and maintain professional integrity.
  • Available for Team Lead to Supervisory (Jr/Sr) level
