About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Taguig - Non Voice professional to join our customer service team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through non-voice communication channels
  2. Providing product information and guidance to customers
  3. Troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to respond to customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Solid customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or non-voice customer service environment
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and knowledge bases
  5. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
