About the role

CPI Management Services is seeking a dedicated Content Moderator - Non Voice to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of online content across our various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on reviewing and moderating content, identifying any issues, and taking the necessary action to address them.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly review digital content such as text, images, and videos to identify any inappropriate, harmful, or violating material
  2. Classify and categorize content based on predefined guidelines and policies
  3. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution
  4. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes and procedures
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of content moderation activities

What we're looking for

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and informed decisions
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
  3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  4. Familiarity with content moderation best practices and an understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  5. Experience in a similar content moderation or customer service role is preferred
  6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
