We are seeking a skilled Building/General Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team at Felport International Marketing in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation and appearance of our company premises. As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for a wide range of building maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-kept and functional.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general maintenance and repair work on the building's infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
  • Conducting regular inspections and identifying any issues that need to be addressed
  • Assisting in the set-up and breakdown of equipment and furniture for company events and meetings
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the building's common areas and grounds
  • Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues
  • Coordinating with external contractors or service providers as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a building/general maintenance role, preferably in the Maintenance & Handyperson Services industry
  • Strong practical skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and external contractors
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required
