Our Maintenance Department is the heart of our operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are running smoothly. We're a collaborative team that values expertise, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Summary

As an Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Tech, and Mason/Carpenter, you will be responsible for our facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Electrician:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with codes.
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Read blueprints and schematics.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.

Plumber:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues.
  • Install and repair fixtures (sinks, toilets, etc.).
  • Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.

HVAC Technician:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Ensure optimal HVAC system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.

Mason/Carpenter:

  • Perform masonry work (bricklaying, concrete repair, etc.).
  • Perform carpentry work (framing, finish carpentry, etc.).
  • Construct and repair structures.
  • Install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Electrician:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician
  • Valid Electrician license/certification.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety.

Plumber:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber.
  • Valid Plumbing license/certification.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety.

HVAC Technician:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Valid HVAC certification.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety.

Mason/Carpenter:

  • Proven experience as a Mason/Carpenter.
  • Proficiency in masonry and carpentry techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of building codes.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety.
