Sales Promoter Trainer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage training materials and documentation to ensure the accountability of the Training Team.
  • Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) to ensure smooth operations, regular assignments, and proper reporting.
  • Manage training evaluation data and provide feedback to improve existing processes.
  • Create and deliver accurate and timely communication materials to the Sales Promoter team.
  • Communicate closely with related departments to understand and ensure the accuracy of all communication materials.
  • Deliver training sessions to the Sales Promoter team.
  • Develop effective training methods such as classroom training, e-learning, role-playing, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Ensure all training materials are regularly updated according to product changes and company policies.
  • Conduct training sessions for both new and existing sales staff (refreshment training).
  • Conduct assessments and tests after training sessions to ensure participants understand the materials.
  • Collect feedback from participants to improve future training programs.
  • Ensure new sales staff have the basic skills needed to achieve their sales targets.
  • Document all training materials and evaluation results for future reference and improvement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, marketing, and business targets within a financing company.
  • Ability to create training modules, presentation materials, and engaging learning methods.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to deliver materials clearly.
  • Good time management skills.
  • High initiative in developing more effective training methods.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer, trainer support, or in a role that regularly creates communication materials or infographics.
