JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Product Promoter is responsible for actively promoting and demonstrating products to customers in order to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and generate customer interest. This role involves engaging with potential buyers in retail settings, events, or promotional venues, explaining product features and benefits, and driving conversions through excellent communication and product knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and explain products to customers to increase awareness and drive sales.
  • Approach customers proactively to initiate conversations and offer product information.
  • Highlight key product features, benefits, and uses tailored to customer needs.
  • Answer questions related to pricing, availability, and compatibility with other products.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized display area to draw attention and encourage interaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to ensure promotional materials are up to date and available.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and promotional strategies.
  • Track customer interactions and feedback to share with the sales and product development teams.
  • Support promotional campaigns by distributing brochures, samples, or promotional materials.
  • Stay up to date with new product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to think quickly and answer customer questions with confidence
  • Demonstrated reasoning and problem-solving skills in addressing customer concerns or objections
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to retain and communicate detailed product knowledge
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional travel for off-site events
  • Professional appearance and behavior suitable for face-to-face customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
