  • Design and deliver training modules covering product knowledge, live selling techniques, script development, audience interaction, and technical know-how.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new live hosts, ensuring they understand the company's brand, standards, and performance expectations.
  • Observe live sessions to provide coaching, feedback, and support for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and performance guidelines based on best practices and market trends.
  • Organize refresher courses, workshops, and skills enhancement sessions.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and operations teams to align training content with campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Track host performance metrics and identify training needs through regular assessments.
  • Provide individual or group coaching as needed to address performance gaps.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in livestreaming, sales, and digital marketing.
  • Prepare regular training reports and improvement recommendations for management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a live host, live seller, livestream content creator, or trainer in a similar field.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and confident on-camera presence.
  • Knowledge of current trends in e-commerce and livestream selling platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook Live, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
