  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing live hosts.
  • Develop and update training materials, modules, and guidelines.
  • Observe live streams to provide feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Coach hosts on proper speaking tone, confidence, energy, and on-cam personality.
  • Teach techniques for audience engagement, product presentation, and live selling.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment and Creative teams to align training with company standards.
  • Track progress and performance of trainees and prepare evaluation reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing is a plus but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a live host, trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Creative, confident, and knowledgeable about current livestream trends.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire talents to perform at their best.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
