The responsibilities of a QA Associate are outlined but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for conducting quality audit of case reviews, setups and interactions to ensure compliance with client-specific requirements, regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Validates results and performs rebuttals when needed, and communicates recommendations aligned to processes and workflows among responsible departments by means of Quality Assurance reporting.
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to track and document staff performance. Additional tasks may be assigned based on client requirements or business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • With active PHRN or USRN license
  • At least 6 months of current or related utilization management (UM) or quality assurance experience
  • Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.

Preferred:

  • Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, especially Microsoft Office handling of spread sheets and word processing
  • Effective oral/written communication skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be detail oriented and be able to work independently
