DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checking and Auditing Region analysis to determine the accuracy of loss and damage of parcels or products from all regions
  • Identify errors, verify and develop quality process compliance on the operation.
  • Provides feedback to QA supervisor suggesting methods to increase efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity to improve
  • Investigating customer complaints, resolving problem encounters on the operation, and providing long-term solutions to achieve and meet the quality standards
  • Responsible for the implementation of SOP in all distribution center
