Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expansion opportunities by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategies to develop new business, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence. This role plays a critical part in achieving revenue targets and longterm business sustainability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or any related field (Master's Degree preffered but not required)

Work Experience: Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in business development, land acquisition, urban planning, or related role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Organization, coordination, planning and documentation skills.
  • With comprehensive understanding of real estate principles and documentation, market analysis, development feasibility analysis, financials, due diligence process and other business development major activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Innovator capable of introducing new approaches, strategies, and products to unlock growth.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, able to challenge norms and identify unconventional opportunities
