Job Summary: The responsibility of the Sales Admin Officer, involves managing organization documents, including those for reservation sales. Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of records, implement document policies, supporting operations and compliance

Education: Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related course.

Work Experience: Have at least two (2) to three (3) years work experience as Administrative Staff / Documentation Services.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to accomplishing tasks on time
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
