Education: AB/BS Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management and Development and other allied disciplines

Work Experience: At least three (3) years relevant work experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management and/or Development, Communications, with proven track record and exposure to capacity development or professional development programs; Background in Quality Management System will be an advantage.
