Compliance Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to employees on compliance matters. The Compliance Officer will also monitor and audit company activities to ensure compliance, investigate and report any breaches, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies. By promoting a culture of ethics and integrity, the Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in mitigating compliance risks and safeguarding the organization's reputation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are preferred.

Work Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in a role ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas:

• Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to WRLD Capital Holdings Inc.   Upholds strong ethical standards with keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of compliance best practices and risk management frameworks.   Communicates professionally with regulatory authorities, analysts, media representatives, and the Board of Directors.
• Excellent communication and training skills to educate employees on compliance requirements.   Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for monitoring adherence and identifying potential issues.
• Capable of investigating compliance violations and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-focused; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with work schedules and willing to work extended hours when needed.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing needs.
