Head of Sales & Marketing - WFH
The Head of Sales & Marketing owns the full growth engine of the company: marketing, brand development, demand generation and sales enablement. This is a strategic and hands-on role. The person will help shape positioning, open new markets, drive measurable revenue growth, and strengthen the brand across all channels.
This pivotal role will work directly with CEO and is at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
This is not only a "marketing" and "sales" position — it will also look at the entire strategic funnel, from awareness all the way to revenue, and then retention.
Our client are a leading provider of business services, primarily focusing on talent strategies, market insights and more.
With already successful and established brands well embedded in the PH market, there are more services & brands to launch. Someone with previous growth results for taking business service brands to the next level via online & commercial strategies will enjoy this role.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
• Work with leadership to deliver company growth priorities, campaigns, revenue targets, and quarterly objectives across all brands.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Translate company goals into clear marketing and sales programs.
• Design and own growth funnels for continual improvement of prospect conversion
• Increase brand awareness via online & commercial partnerships.
• Utilize all tools, resources, technology and platforms for optimal impact
• Leverage latest tools and systems available
Brand and Marketing
• Lead brand messaging, storytelling, and visual consistency.
• Develop content strategy for the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, events, and thought leadership.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Produce case studies, service deck updates, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Own brand positioning and messaging across all service lines.
• Oversee campaigns: LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, partnerships.
• Manage content strategy: thought leadership, case studies etc.
• Ensure all service brands have "premium and credible" outreach across all channels.
Sales Strategy and Enablement
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, outreach scripts, and objection handling guides.
• Improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates.
• Train consultants, account executives, and recruiters in commercial messaging.
• Optimize consultative selling, value-based framing, and storytelling.
• Track pipeline, performance, conversion, and forecast revenue.
Demand Generation and Automation
• Manage Active Campaign automations, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
• Create & execute email campaigns and engaging page builds.
• Build funnels from awareness to booked meeting and onward to contract.
• Oversee landing pages and website conversion improvements.
Partnerships and Community Development
• Build partnerships with HR associations, business groups, industry influencers, and media.
• Grow online communities. Create a viral following with a all-together community ethos.
• Plan executive roundtables, learning circles, webinars, and events that drive trust and inbound interest.
• Expand & represent the brand awareness via podcasts, events, partnerships and more.
Data and Analytics
• Track performance metrics, identifying trends & assessing most impactful initiatives
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership with insights and recommendations.
Required Experience
• Proven experience in growth, marketing leadership, brand strategy, or commercial roles.
• Experience in service businesses or B2B industries.
• Strategic & creative as well as an executer.
• Strong experience in content-driven marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (Active Campaign preferred).
• A builder: strategic thinker who executes and iterates quickly.
• Utilizing cutting edge, AI tools and innovative marketing principles & practices
• Client project management experience
• Balance of operational management and strategic planning.
• Creative background within marketing, content, design or similar. Someone who sees things differently from the majority.
• Strategic approach to growth and innovation with a strong corporate acumen, thriving to exceed company goals and growth targets.
• People management background, owning team KPIs and deliverables.
• Background in sales funnel optimization, management and success is preferred
• RFP / proposal and prospect client presentations.
• Proven ability to guide prospect to client conversion.
• A personality and character that inspires.
• Someone who will lead by example and get involved in whatever is needed to achieve the mutual goals.
