Job Description

The Sales Head is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales organization, developing go-to-market strategies, and building strong client relationships in the financial technology sector. This role oversees business development, key account management, and partnerships while ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or technology.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital financial products, payments, or banking solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
