Job description
System Maintenance

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise software.
Ensure systems are up-to-date with patches, updates, and security enhancements.
MS365 Administration

Manage and configure Microsoft 365 applications and services, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
Provide troubleshooting and support for MS365-related issues, including email and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Active Directory Management

Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
Responsible in building up a Hyper Scale Active Directory
User Management

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in systems like Active Directory and MS365.
Provide technical support and resolve user issues related to system access and performance.
Data Backup and Recovery

Implement and manage backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime during failures.
System Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or issues.
Analyze system logs to identify and resolve recurring problems.
Security Administration

Enforce security protocols, manage firewalls, and ensure protection against unauthorized access.
Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to safeguard systems from threats.
Application Support (NetSuite ERP)

Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP, ensuring smooth operation and integration with other systems.
Provide user support for ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
Documentation

Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide user guides and training materials as needed.
Support

Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, including system migrations and upgrades.
Provide technical expertise in project implementation and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Research and implement best practices for system administration.
Relocation Flexibility

Be open to relocating to different office locations or project sites as required by the company.
Other Duties

Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or IT Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTIA
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of Experience in System Admin (M365, Active Directory, Azure, System Applications.
Proficiency in MS365 administration, Active Directory, and NetSuite ERP.
Knowledge of system security, and backup/recovery methods.
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Ability to assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations, ensuring smooth execution.
