Network and System Admin Supervisor

MAJOR:

1. Network Administration

2. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

3. Ensure network availability, reliability, and security through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.

4. Manage VPNs, VLANs, and other network segmentation to ensure secure and efficient operations.

5. System Administration

6. Supervise the deployment, management, and maintenance of servers, including physical, virtual, and cloud-based systems.

7. Administer and maintain enterprise systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.

8. Monitor system performance, optimize resources, and ensure uptime according to SLAs.

9. Application Oversight

10. Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all key business applications, including WMS, NetSuite ERP, and internal systems.

11. Collaborate with application owners and end-users to address issues, implement updates, and improve system performance.

12. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for application support and upgrades.

13. Security and Compliance

14. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect organizational data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

15. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.

16. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding IT operations.

5. Team Supervision
- Lead and mentor a team of IT network and system administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations.

• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

• Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues beyond the scope of the IT support team.

• Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application problems promptly to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.

• Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

1. Project Management

2. Plan and execute IT projects related to network upgrades, system migrations, infrastructure enhancements, and application implementations.

3. Create project timelines, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery within budget.

4. Documentation and Reporting

5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, application setups, and user guides.

6. Generate regular reports on network and system performance, application statuses, security posture, and team activities for management review.

7. Continuous Improvement

8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in network, system, and application administration.

9. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, scalability, and application performance.

10. Relocation Flexibility

11. Be open to relocating to different office locations or project sites as required by the company.

12. Other Duties

13. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or IT Director.

14. Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
• CCNA | CCNP | MCSA | CompTIA
• Minimum of 3 years of Experience in IT Network and System Administration

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)

• Proficiency in system administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices

• Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa City
