We're looking for a
Business Analyst / Project Manager
to lead internal projects. This role combines business analysis, project leadership, and collaboration with IT to improve systems and workflows. You'll manage multiple projects end-to-end and play a key role in supporting ongoing internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing
    end-to-end projects

  • Strong background in
    business analysis and process improvement

  • Comfortable working with IT teams and understanding system workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from planning to delivery.
  • Work closely with IT to automate and enhance existing systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements across teams.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout each project.
  • Prepare reports, project documentation, and updates for management.
  • Support system testing, implementation, and post-launch review.
  • Ensure smooth handover and adoption of project outcomes.
