Roles And Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze Partnership Performance: Collect, monitor and analyze large data sets related to loan originations from Business Development partnerships, early portfolio performance, other key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, eligible base, conversion rates, loan take-up, disbursements, repayment rates and other relevant metrics across all partnership channels.

Generate Insights: Use data to uncover trends, identify new opportunities and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the Business Development team to optimize partner performance.

Build Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize partnership health, funnel performance, and other metrics.

Conduct Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to specific business questions with in-depth data analysis, supporting negotiations and strategic decision-making.

Model and Forecast: Develop models to forecast loan volume, predict partner performance, and assess the potential of new business opportunities.

Stakeholder Presentations: Present findings and recommendations to the senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration & Process Improvement
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Products, Credit Risk, Tech, and Data Office, to optimize the loan processes in relation to data transmission and ingestion from partners, to ensure data integrity and to align on business objectives.

Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the business development data analysis function.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience
Knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS)

Ideally an experience in lending and with a strong understanding of consumer lending products, credit lifecycle, and credit risk principles.
