HR GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience focusing on training, employee engagement and performance management.
- With hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and off booarding
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating employee-related events, such as birthday celebrations, company activities, or other HR-related functions, is a plus.
- Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage
- Work as HR generalist in manufacturing setup is advantage
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc. for direct hire.
