Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire end to end training and development process, in which the training needs analysis is conducted with department heads to ensure programs implemented meet the goals of the company and are evaluated so that effectiveness can be considered periodically. The supervisor also formulates and revises human resources policies to meet legal standards, identifies operational gaps, and suggests new ideas for improvement of productivity. This role is crucial in the growth and satisfaction of employees as well as the success of the organization through monitoring compliance with rules and regulations and developing a supportive culture of work.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Training and Development


• Manage the full training development process, from program design to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


• Design and create tailored training materials based on identified training needs and organizational goals.


• Collaborate with department heads to perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Job Analysis, ensuring job roles and responsibilities are accurately defined.


• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing training outcomes and employee progress, ensuring continuous improvement of programs.


• Conduct performance evaluation and analyze performance evaluation result provide feedback to employees and department heads.

Strategic Planning


• Develop and revise policies to ensure activities are align with company goals, legal requirements, and best practices.


• Ensure policies comply with labor laws and regulations while supporting the organization's culture and values.


• Identify gaps in HR operations and propose innovative project ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Lead project conceptualization efforts, developing strategies to address HR needs and improve employee experience.

Employee Relations


• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and labor laws while facilitating third-party audits.


• Assist in resolving employee grievances by listening to concerns and investigating complaints.


• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to enhance programs.


• Guide the monitoring and serving of Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Dismissal Advisories (DAs) to ensure fair processes.


• Monitor adherence to audits and government requirements to support maintain organizational standards.

Other Related Tasks


• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HRGA team and ensure efficient operations.


• Assist with special projects or initiatives related to human resources and general affairs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience exposed in Manufacturing set up
  • HR Management knowledge and experience in Recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handling general affairs such as office management, shuttle monitoring, and other related tasks.
  • With leadership experience, supervising HR Staff and delegating task.
