Position: Human Resources Officer / HR Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Process payroll, timekeeping, and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement programs
  • Support training, performance evaluation, and other HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with management regarding HR plans and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field

With at least 6mos–1 year HR experience (recruitment, payroll, or generalist background preferred)

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Can work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
