HR and Admin Officer

- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including attendance monitoring, employee records management, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE rulings and government statutory requirements (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission to management and relevant government agencies.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as office supplies management, coordination of maintenance services, and general office operations.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth HR and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field).
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, DOLE rulings, and government statutory procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
