About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a unique blend of Human Resources experience and Marketing/Social Media Management skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee support, while also managing and growing our company's presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.

This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and creative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Draft HR-related documents (contracts, policies, internal communications).
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and team communications.
Marketing & Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement content calendars for LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with company branding.
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages to foster community engagement.
  • Track analytics and provide performance reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Research trends and propose new strategies to enhance online presence.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Background in Human Resources (recruitment, onboarding, HR admin).
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms (a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR software or ATS tools (a plus).
