About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Marketing professional to join our team at Zirconia Inc' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will focus on developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our innovative products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and prospects within target markets
  2. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and pain points
  3. Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  6. Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to continually improve our approach

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in new business development or sales in a similar industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  4. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools to generate leads and drive conversions
  5. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
