Business Development Manager

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth:
Directly report to the Country Manager and collaborate on business development strategies to drive growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan that identifies new growth opportunities and aligns with company goals.
Analyze sales data to generate strategic sales programs that improve revenue and growth compared to previous years.
Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility in the market.
Ensure that all mandates and directives from management are executed effectively by the team, internal departments, and distributors.
Regularly review and validate the sales targets for VIP clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead key account management, ensuring achievement of personal sales targets and group targets.
Provide training for new and existing team members to ensure their success in the role.
Team Management Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting and Managing Team Objectives:
Establish and manage team goals and objectives for monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
Conduct weekly alignment meetings to monitor performance, address challenges, and strategize on improving sales.
Organize programs, events, and training sessions for dealers, system integrators, and installers to enhance product knowledge and business development skills.
Provide solutions to the team's challenges and obstacles to ensure continued performance.
Ensure that all quarterly sales targets set by management are achieved by the team.
Support the team with project discounts and project registrations to drive sales.
Team Development & Coaching:
Coach and mentor team members to foster business development and client relationship-building.
Ensure a high level of motivation and performance by aligning individual targets with team goals.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with the Technical Team to coordinate training and provide necessary technical support for dealers, system integrators, and installers.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team for the development of marketing materials, promotional activities, and other marketing support.
Ensure smooth collaboration with other departments, including HR, Technical, Online, Retail, and Marketing.
Ensure that internal processes and procedures are followed and adhered to by all teams.
Follow up on internal protocols and procedures from various departments to ensure consistent alignment with business goals.
Distributor Management:
Approve project registration discounts and project tagging for distributors.
Conduct alignment meetings with distributors to discuss programs, load-in strategies, events, projects, and training sessions.
Coordinate the introduction of new products and solutions to distributors and clients.
Meet with potential new VIP clients to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Implement and enforce directives and strategies set by TP-LINK Management.
