Summary:

We are seeking a 
Chinese-speaking individual
 to serve as a key communication bridge between our Philippine operations and our Chinese counterparts. This role is not limited to warehouse coordination—it involves supporting various departments and assisting Chinese visitors, customers, and personnel during interactions and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication between local teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Assist Chinese visitors and personnel during site visits, meetings, and operational activities.
  • Translate and interpret verbal and written communication as needed.
  • Support cross-functional coordination across departments (e.g., warehouse, admin, logistics).
  • Help ensure smooth cultural and business interactions between teams.
  • Provide general assistance to Chinese-speaking customers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 
    Mandarin Chinese
     (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Preferably based in the Philippines (Clark or nearby areas).
  • Experience in liaison, translation, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong language skills.
