POSITION SUMMARY
The Direct Sales Consultant contacts Maxxia customers to educate them on the benefits of novated leasing. The aim of the role is to increase customer awareness of the prospect of salary packaging a car and qualifying them as a genuine lead which can be converted into car leasing customers.

The Direct Sales Consultant will be an advocate for salary packaging and Maxxia's workplace benefits and be driven by the prospect of converting customers into car leasing leads.

Key Responsibilities
Sales

• Effectively and efficiently cross-sell existing customers into new sales.
• Using provided information and knowledge to effectively sell the features and benefits of Novated leasing or other product and services to employees of specific employer campaigns via an outbound dialer.
• Working towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that contribute to sales targets.
• Promote a sales culture within the Direct Sales team
• Provide feedback on call center and other promotion outcomes with recommendations on improvement of sales results

Service Deliverable

• Provide knowledge and basic understanding of salary packaging; Novated leasing.
• Answer and make calls in a courteous, professional manner providing efficient, accurate and polite service.
• Develop sound working relationships with clients and colleagues, anticipating client needs and improving services to meet those needs.
• Apply knowledge of appropriate legislation and contractual requirements for current business.
• Recognize and close sales opportunities.

General duties as required

• Provide accurate data on leads created for reporting purposes
• Contribute to team meetings

• A passion for sales and determined to achieve excellent results

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and organization skills
• Demonstrated drive to succeed in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
• Outbound and or inbound call center experience will be well regarded
• Customer service experience
• Background in Cross Selling and Hardcore selling
• Further studies in a relevant field will be highly regarded e.g.,
• Sales, Business Development
