Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Quezon City. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored loan consultations, and recommend suitable financial products. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating solutions. The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for creating opportunities to grow the client base and achieve sales targets through exceptional consulting and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create positive client experiences
  • Strong Communication skills for building client relationships and conveying clear, concise information
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to meet sales goals and deadlines
  • Experience in financial services or lending is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
