Job Summary

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience within the sanitary wares and products industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily showroom activities run smoothly while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and provide guidance to showroom staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to improve overall showroom performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the sanitary wares and products industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly customer-oriented with a strong focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
