The Sales Consultant role is critical for converting warm, inbound enquiries for our logistics services into confirmed sales. You won't be cold calling; instead, you'll be the reliable, enthusiastic point of contact for Australian clients seeking moving and logistics solutions. If you have the ability to sell, great communication skills, and a results-driven hunger, you're the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Proactively manage and follow up on all incoming service enquiries (via phone, email, chat) related to logistics and moving services.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific logistical requirements, timeframes, and budget.
- Quotation & Presentation: Quickly and accurately prepare service proposals and pricing quotes, clearly articulating the value proposition of our logistics solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail when managing your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication to drive conversions and minimize drop-offs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for confirmed bookings and revenue.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional sales experience, setting clear expectations for clients transitioning to the operations team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of all logistics service offerings, pricing structures, and industry terminology.

What You Bring
- Australian Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a voice role dealing directly with Australian clients is highly preferred.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally focused on inbound lead conversion.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional—for effective client consultation.
- Aptitude to Sell: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Industry Knowledge (Advantage): A foundational understanding of the logistics, shipping, or moving industry is highly beneficial.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills are required for accurate quoting and pipeline maintenance.
