Access Healthcare is looking for fresh graduates to join our team for a 3-month project-based role.
The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare-related roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
- Amenable to report onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
