ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Supervisor, SC Compliance and Analytics is directly reporting to Assist Manager, SC Compliance and Analytics and responsible to ensure that the Inventory Control and Compliance set KPIs and standards are delivered on time and fulfill its objectives and purpose. This role will assist in planning, reviewing, and developing plans and programs to improve the overall operational performance and provide new business solutions and initiatives.

This role focuses on

· Assist in planning, reviewing, and developing plans and programs for supply chain operations to improve the overall operational performance, processes, and procedures to support O+O business

· Assist in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the overall operational performance by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within Service Level Agreement and approved budget

· Generating, consolidating, and assist in analyzing and evaluating Inventory Control and Compliance operations data including KPIs, compliance, and budget, and providing new business solutions and initiatives

· Promoting safety and good warehouse practice to adhere in the Standard Operating Procedures and Retail Operating Standard

· Assist in developing and maintaining good working relationship with cross-functional teams on Inventory Control and Compliance operations related operations and projects​ to ensure successful execution of plans

· Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

Success will depend on

· Can investigate complex data in context of a broader set of KPIs

· Can initiate and implement systems and process improvements and developments that can be but not limited to technology and innovation

· Can proactively seek further data, provide insights, implement and recommend a course of action to optimize the data analysis

· Can ensure that inventory is within the category budget while maintaining availability in store

· Can spot inconsistencies in data and implement actions to determine accuracy
