Warehouse Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a GMP and HACCP–compliant manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) in warehousing operations.
  • Experience in handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in a controlled production environment.
  • Knowledge in inventory systems, stock management, and FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Familiar with warehouse documentation, traceability requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety policies within warehouse activities.
  • Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO, proper segregation, and controlled storage of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate and updated inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate annual physical inventory.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation within the warehouse area.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and storage conditions (temperature, pest control, sanitation).
  • Coordinate closely with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Logistics to support smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit timely warehouse reports (receiving, issuance, variances, inventory summary, etc.).
  • Supervise warehouse staff, schedule shifts, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance during receiving and dispatch activities.
  • Lead investigations for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure safety compliance and enforce security of warehouse inventory and company property.
  • Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
