Hiring Now: FOH Store Team Member – Makati City

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Order Handling

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Take food and drink orders with accuracy and input them into the POS system.
• Offer suggestions and respond to guest inquiries or special requests.
• Ensure smooth communication with the kitchen regarding special instructions.

Serving & Table Management

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, courteous manner.
• Ensure all items are delivered correctly and presented well.
• Check in on guests and respond promptly to any additional needs.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to prepare for the next guest.

Cashiering & Payment Handling

• Accurately process payments through the POS system.
• Handle different payment methods securely, including cash and cards.
• Issue receipts, manage change, and keep your drawer balanced.
• Report any discrepancies promptly.

Dining Area Cleanliness

• Keep tables, chairs, and service stations clean and orderly.
• Buss tables efficiently and assist with maintaining a neat environment.
• Restock items and prepare the area for new guests during and after shifts.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
• Responsible when handling money and operating POS systems.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresh Grads Welcome
• Location: On-site at Makati City
• Starting Pay: Php695.00/day + Service Charge (SC)
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Rotating days | Weekends & holidays included

Preferred:

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• 1 year of customer-facing or FOH experience is a plus
