DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Preparation of Check Payment for Budget requests and release based on the schedule.

  2. Settlement of all payment related to tax and labor law (Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT, Gov't

remittances and government contribution).

  1. Following up of collection from Trade Receivable Accounts.

  2. Monitoring the liquidation of all advances (SS, Sponsorship, Entertainment, and Other cash advances)

  3. Controlling the liquidation of all advances (SS, Sponsorship, Entertainment, and Other cash advances)

  4. Recording of Input VAT for VAT Relief of BIR

  5. Preparation and making sure of the accuracy of Journal Entries arising from the liquidation of cash

advances and other adjustment related to payment.

  1. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable and provision of data with regards to it.

  2. Preparation of schedule of VAT and Expanded W/ Tax.

  3. Filing of EFPS VAT, EWT, 1601-E, and 2550Q.

  4. Preparation of Expense Analysis from (SS, Entertainment, Sponsorship, and other major expenses)

  5. Stock taking for inventory of Prosweal.

  6. Handling the cash count for the petty cash.

  7. Preparation for the replenishment of the Petty Cash.

  8. Management and releasing of checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  3. Less than one year of experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
