An Accounting Staff will be responsible for completing financial reports, billing, bookkeeping and creating budgets. The successful candidate may also deal with incoming invoices and handle basic to intermediate accounting tasks such as completing tax returns. The candidate will provide support to his/her Supervisor.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledge and experience with billing.

Maintaining of financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts payables, purchasing, treasury and conducting internal audits.
  • Responding to information request, review of financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Flexible and can do an all-around job depending on the department upon hired.
