We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff/Accountant to join our growing team. The role is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial records, and supporting overall business operations through accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in payroll processing and government compliance
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliation and audit support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in accounting is an advantage
