An Accounting Clerk is a member of a company's Accounting Department, responsible for assisting with both clerical and administrative tasks. In general, an Accounting Clerk takes care of basic office tasks that involve reporting, bookkeeping, research, as well as the resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks he or she performs.

Position: Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions into the accounting software, including but not limited to invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Invoice Processing: Manage the invoice process, including coding, approval routing, and payment processing.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage financial records effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.

Applicant must be willing to be assigned at Bacoor, Cavite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php560.00 per day
