
Finance Administrative Staff

The Finance Admin supports the restaurant's financial operations by handling accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial records, assists in budget monitoring, and helps maintain smooth financial processes to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, expenses, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile cash reports, bank deposits, and petty cash.
- Assist in payroll preparation and monitor employee attendance records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and supplier payments.
- Maintain organized financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel or accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
