Outside Plant

We are seeking highly motivated Outside Plant (OSP) Technician /Lineman to join our team. The Outside Plant (OSP) Technician/Lineman of One Intranet Corporation, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of outside plant facilities including aerial, underground, and fiber optic cables. The role ensures reliable and high-quality internet service delivery to customers by performing field operations efficiently and safely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial and underground fiber optic cables.
• Perform pole climbing, splicing, and termination of cables as needed.
• Conduct signal testing, troubleshooting, and restoration of service interruptions.
• Support installation of customer drops and connection to main lines.
• Ensure all work follows safety, quality, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Dispatch team for service tickets and work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in network upgrades or expansions.
• Continuous Training and Development

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical/Vocational Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or related course.
• With experience as Lineman or OSP Technician (preferably in a telecom company).
• Knowledgeable in fiber optic installation and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
• With valid driver's license (restriction 1, 2, or higher) is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in field operations and travel to different service areas.
