About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate and property management business, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the activities of our property management teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to optimise productivity and enhance the overall customer experience
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our client properties, including coordinating with service providers and vendors
- Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous enhancement
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process for the company
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the real estate or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, including facilities management, maintenance, and client relations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to effectively address operational challenges
- Proficient in project management, budget planning, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations
