The Role

  • As a Healthcare Admin Virtual Assistant, you'll ensure every client record is complete, accurate, and ready before appointments. You'll review and audit documentation, flag and correct errors, and help strengthen our quality-assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and audit patient records (e.g., LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Make sure all documentation is finalized before the client's upcoming session.
  • Work with staff to fix any gaps or inaccuracies.
  • Help develop and refine QA processes for other teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    2+ years in QA, ideally in US healthcare or mental-health services.
  • Skills:
    Excellent English (written & spoken), strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and confidence working independently.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Quick to learn new tools and comfortable navigating different systems.
  • Mindset:
    Organized, adaptable, and able to collaborate with diverse personalities.

Work Hours & Requirements

  • Full-time:
    40 hours/week
  • Schedule:
    Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM Pacific Time
  • Equipment:
    Intel i5 (or equivalent) processor, 4 GB+ RAM (8 GB recommended)
  • Internet:
    Stable connection of at least 10 Mbps
  • Prior remote or BPO experience is a plus.
