About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
  • Organize files, documents, and maintain online records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle data entry and database management.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, onboarding, and HR documentation as needed.
  • Support daily administrative operations and ad hoc projects.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in HR or recruitment is a plus.
