Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage account updates, service requests, and transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the system.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate college level or graduate is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site at our CDO site and adapt to shifting schedules.
