Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving store sales targets by effectively promoting assigned products or categories. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service through strong product knowledge, engaging interactions, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. The Sales Associate also ensures optimal stock levels to support smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product expertise and offering personalized assistance.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays in line with merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is preferred.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
