Virtual Executive Assistant to the CFO (8 AM – 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time)

We're hiring a superstar VA to support our CFO.
This role is finance-heavy
—perfect for someone with real
bookkeeping/accounting experience
who keeps numbers clean and deadlines on track.

What You'll Do

  • Enter/code vendor bills & expenses (QuickBooks Online or similar)
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Track AP/AR and prepare weekly summaries
  • Maintain simple cash-flow and PO logs in Excel
  • Draft/send invoices & POs; organize backup docs
  • Calendar/email triage and follow-ups for the CFO
  • Light contract admin (file, track renewals, capture key terms)

Must-Haves

  • 1–2+ years bookkeeping or accounting support experience
    (SMB experience a plus)
  • Microsoft Outlook (required);
    Excel proficiency
    (filters, basic formulas; pivots a plus)
  • QuickBooks Online
    (or Xero/Zoho) experience preferred
  • Excellent written/spoken English; detail-driven and proactive

Requirements

  • Monday–Friday,
    8 AM–5 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
  • Dual monitors for multitasking
  • Reliable internet and electricity (no frequent outages)
